Spain’s constitutional court suspended the law on the referendum in Catalonia

In the constitutional court of Spain is considered a government claim of illegality adopted by the Parliament and the government of Catalonia law on holding a referendum on independence for the Autonomous community of 1 October. Before the court decision, the instrument is suspended.

“Before the end of the trial suspension of the law on the referendum in Catalonia, approved by the local Parliament, of the decree on the referendum, signed by members of Generality, decisions on formation of election Commission and other documents,” said the COP.
