Scientists have calculated the best time for sex

A group of researchers from the UK conducted a survey whose purpose was to find out when it’s best to go to bed, Wake up and have sex. As it turned out, the most cheerful during the day, most often, are larks, indulging in amorous pleasures in 45 minutes after waking up.

Experts interviewed a thousand people, asking them a series of questions about the day — in particular, when they sleep, eat, drink, do sports exercises or sex. Specialists were interested in, how tired or, on the contrary, the energetic survey participants felt throughout the day. Comparing the obtained results, the researchers made an “ideal” schedule, which, in their opinion, allows a person make the most of themselves throughout the day. Sex scientists have isolated a period of time, starting at 7:30 in the morning.

Experts explain “good” morning sex with a tide of endorphins, its maintainer. According to the researchers, it helps to normalize blood pressure and lower stress levels, and therefore helps a person to be more cheerful and full of energy throughout the day.

The ideal time to Wake up the authors of the study call 6:45 in the morning, and before the need to go to bed early enough to sleep it was paid between seven and nine hours. At 7 in the morning the experts recommend to take a short jog, and a 7:15 — Breakfast. After another 15 minutes, as mentioned above, this is a perfect, according to experts, time for sex.

At 9:45 a.m. it is recommended to work on the most complex of the tasks planned for the day, because, arguably, exactly three hours after waking up, the concentration of a person is maximum. 10:45 the researchers, on the contrary, it is recommended not to overwork, because this period is excluded the maximum stress level. The optimum time to eat lunch, according to experts, begins at 12:15.

At approximately 15:30 the person should control their own strength of will — allegedly at this time is particularly difficult, which, for example, many people break the diet.

18 hours experts recommend for dinner, and if a person plans throughout the day to drink alcoholic beverage, you should do so no later than 18:15. 18:30 scientists call the optimal time for strength exercise.

Finally, to go to sleep researchers recommend at 22:10.
