Novak: despite the sanctions work, “Nord stream-2” is proceeding according to schedule


As reported by the TV channel “Russia 1” Russian energy Minister Alexander Novak, in spite of the introduction of the United States of restrictive measures against Russia work on the construction of the pipeline “Nord stream-2” is proceeding on schedule, without delays.

“Despite the adoption of the United States August 2 of the law on toughening anti-Russian sanctions, the project continues to be implemented in accordance with the schedule… we are working on raising funding… This project is totally commercial and profitable as the Russian company “Gazprom”, which implements it, and European companies”, – said the Minister.
