Sands: the situation with North Korea bothers Russia more than most

In the Kremlin officially expressed its position on new nuclear test in the DPRK the previous day. Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov has noticed that many people, including US, lead the discussion from a distance. However, the Korean Peninsula close to the Russian border, Moscow and therefore, according to him, the more concerned many.

“And we are not less and may be more interested in the fact that the situation was resolved and solely by politico-diplomatic methods”, – quotes the representative of Kremlin news Agency RIA Novosti.

During the visit of President Vladimir Putin to China on Sunday it became known that Moscow and Beijing have agreed to coordinate actions in the international arena on the situation around North Korea.
