Lavrov: the United States refused to tango with Russia and chose break dancing

The Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov, during a speech to students at Moscow state Institute of international relations (MGIMO), talking about the tensions of the situation in relations of Moscow and Washington, on Friday, 1 September, said that Russia is always open to dialogue with the United States, but “it takes two to tango”. As stated the head of Russian diplomacy, American partners “performed an individual break dance”, reports RT.

“As for the US, as the President said time and again, we seek no quarrel with this country, we were always friendly to the American people, and now are open for constructive cooperation”, — said the head of the Russian foreign Ministry.
