“To me it needs to be polite”: Mihas asked Navalny to apologize

Businessman Sergei Mikhailov, mentioned in the anti-corruption documentary film of Alexei Navalny as the leader of the Solntsevo criminal group named Mihas, called for the policy to apologize for incorrect, according to him, information. Earlier the businessman lost a lawsuit on protection of honor and dignity, but again promised to withdraw “all claims” in the case of receiving an apology.

“Let Alexei Navalny after some claims to it, just apologize. And to me that would be enough. Even if now he says to me: “Sergey, excuse me, I was not quite correct”, then I will withdraw all claims with him” – quoted Mikhailov’s “Rain”.

In early August, the Lublin court of Moscow has refused Mikhailov the claim because his lawyers failed to prove that their client is the Mijas, which in the film Fund of struggle against corruption “the Seagull” called the leader of solntsevskaya criminal group . The lawyers pointed out that the plaintiff has a nickname, and it went from his childhood. By the way, during the trial, revealed interesting details: in 2014, President Vladimir Putin, as stated by the lawyers, Mikhailov was awarded the nominal watch at the same time on the Kremlin website information on this award is missing (read details in a material “Mistake or fake” journalists questioned the awarding Putin Mikhas”).

As pointed out by “Rain”, in its current call for Bulk Mikhailov also said that legally solntsevskaya group never existed.

“Write that I want to enrich themselves at the expense of Bulk. It is not so. I’m quite a wealthy man. I still say — if Alexei Navalny will apologize and say that was wrong and incorrect to me, I have no claims to it will not be”, – said Mikhailov.

He noted that the Bulk for him – “virtual people”, to which there is “neither good nor bad”. “I don’t give an assessment of his activities, but to me it needs to be polite,” concluded the businessman.

Earlier, representatives of Mikhailov have stated that they intend to appeal the decision of the Lublin court.
