“IMA-consulting” has won the competition of the CEC on the development of the concept of outreach activities of departments in the presidential elections of 2018. The company has requested for their work of about 40 million rubles, but the final value of the contract has not yet been determined, the newspaper “Vedomosti”.
In addition to the traditional work — create a slogan for the election and information posters – winner of the contest, the CEC plans to monitor social networks to respond to “negative” and attract Russians to the polling stations with the help of memes. As an example, the authors of the concept proposed the following sentence: “Where did Malakhov? On elections”.
In the bid the company offered to motivate the voter, explaining to him the importance of voting (“President’s choice – the choice of the future of Russia”), as well as to appeal to family values (“the state is like a big family”).
However, in the “IMA-Consulting” soberly assess the risks of the upcoming presidential campaign, noting the widely held belief that concrete expression is little independent, the newspaper writes.
Previously RBC reported that “Mail.Ru Group is the main contender of the Kremlin and the CEC to prepare a digital strategy for the presidential election in 2018. “The challenge is to mobilize voters to the polls, to avoid problems with low attendance and speculation after the election on this issue”, — said a senior source.
