Foreign Minister Taro Kono at a press briefing convened after the North Korean missile launch, said that the danger to Japan in connection with the flight of the rocket over the territory of the country has increased dramatically.
“The danger to our country has increased significantly. We appreciate the fact that the United States by word and action show from the President trump that on the table should be laid out all possible options,” said Taro Kono.
As previously reported, flying over the territory of the Japanese island of Hokkaido the North Korean missile covered a distance of 2700 kilometers with a maximum altitude of about 550 kilometers. The rocket fell in 1180 kilometres East of the Northern Japanese island of Hokkaido.
