US threatens to limit the issuance of visas for four countries


The administration of U.S. President Donald trump may restrict the issuance of visas to citizens of the four States that do not want to cooperate with Washington in the field of deportation. According to the media, we are talking about countries such as Eritrea, Cambodia, Guinea and Sierra Leone.

The reason for the visa restrictions was the reluctance of the authorities in four unnamed States to cooperate with the U.S. Department of homeland security on issues of deportation. In other words, these countries refuse to take back deported from the United States persons or delaying the procedure of their admission.

The initiative has already been introduced in the Department of state, transfers TV channel Fox News. “After receiving such notification, we shall proceed to the execution of the suspension of the visa regime as expeditiously as possible,” he told reporters in the foreign Ministry.

Officials refuse to name the countries, which may relate to limitations. According to The Washington Times, talking about Cambodia, Eritrea, Guinea and Sierra Leone.

The fight against illegal immigrants was one of the main election promises trump. Since the beginning of his presidency in November 2016 in the U.S. was sent to 167 thousand foreigners. Most of them come from Latin America.

On the eve of Washington has stopped issuing nonimmigrant visas throughout Russia. From September 1, the procedure will resume, but only in Moscow. Previously, the entry permit can be obtained from the consulates in St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg and Vladivostok.
