The leader of the state would, as always, straightforward and categorical:
– If someone wants the government to curtail housing construction, I advise them to go immediately into a one-bedroom, two-bedroom apartments with their families or go to rent an apartment for hire, and live with the owners, he said.

From January 1, 2017 limit of a single standard cost of 1 square meter of total housing area in the country is 660 rubles. But the market dictates the conditions. For example, the price of one square meter in Minsk reached 1200 hardwood. Three here you can buy for 85 thousand rubles, kopeck piece 64, and the small will cost only 47 thousand.
Meanwhile, in Russia the prices are certainly others. For example, in the Tver region square meter of housing costs an average of 43 thousand rubles (the average salary of the population of 21 thousand), in the Lipetsk — 44 thousand (with an average salary of 25 thousand), Tambov — 30 thousand (salary 22 thousand).
