As stated by the head of the Prosecutor’s office Gunduz Mammadov, the case is now in the Prosecutor General Poklonskaya is suspected of condoning the ban on the territory of the Russian organization “the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people” (organization banned in Russia), but yet on the specific charges to speak still early.

– Actually, this is the Ukrainian position: “who can sue, it is necessary to apply”, – said political analyst Alexander Asaph. – This does not mean by and large, nothing but the desire of the media promotion. Thus unknown groups are trying to appear in the news around the world, boasting one of the clear concept of justice. Especially around Natalia Polonskaya now is a real media explosion, and the attitude of the people of the Arctic. In addition, all goes to the fact that Ukraine soon waiting for re-election. And these messages will help new candidates to the Parliament to draw the positive attention of the electorate itself.

According to Asafova, the Crimean Tatars have more important goals. For example, to achieve autonomy in Kherson region to settle there. In addition, on Ukrainian television and in print more and more speakers on behalf of all Tatars are members of the banned in Russia organization “Hizb ut-Tahrir”, with which the majority of representatives of this nation do not agree. Therefore, the analyst believes, the Tatars have something to do, rather than criminal prosecution are three nine lands Poklonskaya, of concern only to a narrow circle of people.

We recall that a year ago against Natalya Poklonskaya, Prosecutor General of Ukraine has opened a criminal case under several articles, such as “Violent overthrow of constitutional order”, “Changing territorial structure and borders of Ukraine, contrary to the order established by the Constitution,” “Treason” and “Participation in a criminal organization”. The material base for a new case against a Deputy, is likely to be combined with the previous one.
