The court refused to arrest the turbine Siemens in the Crimea

The arbitration court of the Russian capital refused to arrest gas turbines produced by German giant Siemens that supposedly bypass the penalty imposed against Russia sent to Crimea. This is stated in the files of the Moscow court.

Consideration of the claim of the German company Siemens against the Russian state Corporation “rostec”, which, according to Siemens, involved in the shipping of four gas turbines on the Peninsula, scheduled for September 18. In addition, the court refused to prohibit the installation of these turbines whose arrest was listed in the lawsuit as an interim measure.

Siemens asks the court to declare illegal the sale of turbines, originally intended for a thermal power plant in Taman in the Krasnodar region.
