In the state Duma praised the idea of moving the Russian capital for the Ural

The initiative of moving the capital from Moscow to the Urals is interesting, but difficult, you should think in the long term, said the first Deputy Chairman of the Duma Committee on state construction and legislation Mikhail Emelyanov.

Earlier this idea was announced and sent President Vladimir Putin the head of the Supervisory Council of the Institute of demography, migration and regional development Yury Krupnov.

Emelyanov noted that the transfer of the capital would facilitate the development of the areas surrounding the new centre. However, the embodiment of ideas to life will require huge costs.

The MP believes that the issue could return when the country is “thoroughly” will be on the path of economic development due to the high rate of economic growth.
