Poroshenko demanded to speed up the work to change the status of Crimea

The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said on Thursday that the work of the working group on the draft amendments to the Constitution on the status of Crimea now aktiviziruyutsya.

“And I would like to draft amendments to the Constitution from these positions as quickly as possible was represented in the Verkhovna Rada”, – reports TASS words of the Ukrainian leader.

In addition, Poroshenko has appointed Boris Babin as its representative in the Crimea, and his first Deputy Izet Ganova, who will oversee the issue of “protection of the rights of the Crimean Tatar people”.

Earlier it was reported that the Ukrainian authorities can give the Crimea the status of the Crimean Tatar autonomy within Ukraine.
