Putin instructed to revise the terms of oil supplies to Belarus


The head of Russian Railways Oleg Belozerov reported to the President of Russia Vladimir Putin at meeting on development of transport infrastructure of the North-West of Russia that Belarusian oil refineries have 50% discount for transport, but use any Ust-Luga, nor St. Petersburg, and go to the Baltic republics.

According to Belozerova, the Belarusian side explains that they have long-term contracts with Baltic partners.

Putin in this connection has reminded that the Belarusian refineries Russian oil is processed and instructed to reconcile “getting our oil from the relevant issues of usage of our infrastructure.
