Russia’s investigative Committee in absentia brought accusation to Vyacheslav Maltsev opposition: he is charged with incitement to extremist activities.
Protecting Maltseva lawyer of the human rights branch of the “Open Russia” Sergey adamsin announced that it has received the decision about excitation of Affairs: it says that Maltsev had made statements at the may 6 rally in Moscow, devoted to the anniversary of the events on Bolotnaya square in 2012.
Then the opposition, allegedly had “criminal intent, aimed at encouraging the participants of the rally to the armed seizure of power in the Russian Federation”.
Maltsev allegedly intended to disrupt the activities of the public authorities motivated by political hatred or enmity.
In the speech Maltsev discussed repeatedly ohlisalisa the date of the change of regime in Russia, which he was appointed on 5 November 2017.
This is now the opposition leader emigrated from the country. Together with him left Russia and his colleague Yuri Gorsky, asylum seekers in Lithuania.
