The Russian large anti-submarine ship has entered the Mediterranean sea

The press service of the Northern fleet reported that a large anti-submarine ship “Vice-Admiral Kulakov” on Saturday entered the Mediterranean sea.

According to TASS, in the daytime was made the passage very narrow portion of the Strait of Gibraltar, in the conditions of intensive shipping.

“In the Bay of Biscay, the crew of the Russian antisubmarine ship conducted training for submarine search. During the training simulated interaction with the crew of the naval anti-submarine helicopter Ka-27, which performed flights from the deck of anti-submarine ship” – as stated in the press service of the Northern fleet.
