As he wrote in his Facebook the Deputy of the Lipetsk regional Council Oleg Homutinnikova, recently expelled from the liberal democratic party for joining the “Open Russia”, a common Kremlin record of fishing he saw “terror”: “…don’t care for Vladimir Putin — on the boat rides without a vest. Safely, of course, and desperately. And if, God forbid, happens to him something, who is behind it all?”

The MP noted that the lack of life jackets is contrary to article 11.10 of the administrative code “Violation of rules of safety of passengers on ships and water transport, as well as in small boats”. Such violation is punishable by a fine from 300 to 500 rubles for individuals and from 500 to one thousand — for legal.

The President is not a model! You can not force him to dive under the water, jumping over the mountains for a beautiful shot. We even Vice-President. The country in the case of what to leave”, — explained his concern Homutinnikova.

Note that last Tuesday, the arguments about the violation of the administrative code while riding Putin on the boat nominated and telegram channel “training manual”: “Fishermen, ignoring the vests, you know that sooner or later they may ask the state inspection on small size vessels (GIMS)”.

Since his observation Homutinnikova appealed to the Russian Prosecutor General Yuri Chaika, asking him to verify the facts and if they are confirmed, to take measures on elimination of infringements of the current legislation.
