Sergei Udaltsov released from prison on 9 August

The leader of the “Left front” Sergei Udaltsov released from prison the day after tomorrow, 9 August, said his lawyer Dmitry Dinze.

According to the lawyer, who is quoted by RIA “Novosti”, “Udaltsov 9 Aug will be released from the Tambov prison in connection with the completion of his punishment.”

Recall that sentenced Udaltsov was on the “swamp case” for the alleged conduct of the riots on the “March of millions” on 6 may 2012 in Moscow. In the end, he received 4.5 years in prison, with all appeals and petitions for parole, the court rejected

Convicted of “rioting” together with Udaltsov, Leonid Razvozzhayev, was released from prison in April of this year.

In the colony Udaltsov supported the annexation of Crimea to Russia, however, his wife has repeatedly accused other opposition leaders that they forgot about her husband and not helping him.
