Note, however, that the text of the news says about the purpose of buildings under construction: “the US intends to build military base on eight objects, among which a school, service station, residential buildings and a shopping center.”

Note that Rogozin, despite the ban on arrival in Moldova, managed in the end to meet with its President, Igor Dodon, in opposition to the government. The meeting took place in Tehran. Dodon is Pro-Russian stance, while opposing him in the country’s leadership power focused on Romania and the European Union.

Earlier Romania also banned Rogozin to cross their territory.
