Russia’s Ambassador to the U.S. Sergey Kislyak, completed its mission, said the TV channel “Russia 24” that the U.S. sanctions structurally designed so that to undo them would be very difficult, even if someone decided to run their flimsy and boorish demands.
“But the whole mechanism is made so that US law did not give the opportunity to develop normal economic relations with our country,” – said Kislyak.
“Everything that is happening in Russian-American relations is quite complex, it is a long time, because the world is changing. And changing the way that Americans are losing exceptional dominance in the world,” – said the former Ambassador.
He also believes that the problem in relations between Russia and the United States is not ideological, but in the “feeling of absolute exclusivity of the Americans and their alleged rights of everyone else to say what is good and what is bad.“
At the same time, he said that what is happening between the country “this is not the cold war.”
