In Northern Ireland intend to allow same-sex marriages

In Northern Ireland in the near future may allow same-sex marriages, reports “Interfax”.

As stated in Belfast the head of the government of the Republic, Leo Varadkar, this question refers to the competence of the Northern Ireland Assembly, but he is confident that the decision will be made, as in other Western countries.

We will remind that itself Varadkar previously made a public statement that he is gay.

Currently, Northern Ireland remains the only part of the UK where same-sex marriages conclusion is still impossible.
