Stoltenberg has accused Russia of worsening relations with the West

Speaking in the broadcast American TV channel CNN, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg expressed the view that the deterioration of relations between the West and Russia is responsible to the Russian government.

“The cause of the problems that we have with Russia now, is the behaviour of the Kremlin that Moscow is responsible for the violation of international law and “ahwat part of another country… and continues to conduct an aggressive policy in Eastern Ukraine, supporting separatists. That’s why we saw the deterioration of relations between the West, NATO and Russia. So NATO was taken retaliatory measures – the build up of military power and sanctions from the United States and many European allies in NATO,” he said.
