The head of Navalny’s campaign staff, was fined 300 thousand because of the leaflets

Simonovsky court of Moscow on Thursday is considering administrative protocols against Alexei Navalny and his two companions, made for appeals to participate in the “campaign volunteer” on 8-9 July. To date, it is known the decision on the head of the Federal headquarters of the oppositionist Leonid Volkov fined 300 thousand rubles.

As reported by “the Media”, Volkov was convicted that he “publicly called for a mass rally on distribution of campaign materials”. The judge found the distribution of leaflets a form of collective public events.

Due to the fact that the participants in the process is the repeated violation of the order of organizing mass events, they are threatened by 30 days. In the case of Volkov, the court took into account that he has minor children and a pregnant wife.

Volkov himself on Twitter wrote that he was so judged and attracted over political work.
