The head of state noted that it is often a consequence, asking the court to extend the period of the restraint, does not present convincing evidence that the anti-business investigations are conducted, reports “Interfax”.

“I think it is absolutely justified, if the lack of action on the conduct of the investigation the citizens under arrest, mean entrepreneurs will be from custody released,” – said Putin.

The President added that this issue should be dealt by the Prosecutor General and the Supreme court and, if necessary, need to amend legislation.

The President also announced that the number of unscheduled inspections of entrepreneurs in Russia should be reduced to 30% of the target. According to him, the administrative burden of the security forces in business today is often completely redundant.
