McCain angered concerns trump after amplification of anti-Russian sanctions

The Senator from Arizona John McCain criticized the statement of the President of the United States Donald trump, who expressed concern over the bill on new sanctions against Russia.

Trump signed the document on the eve after he is almost unanimously supported by both houses of the American Parliament.

The 45th President of the United States said that the draft law contains a number of “constitutionally provisions”, in particular, the provision that Congress can block the President’s decision to lift sanctions without the approval of Parliament.

In turn, McCain said that concern trump, it is not surprising, but he considers it inappropriate.

“…it is their (the American people – “MK”) the call to Vladimir Putin and his regime paid the price in a real attack on our democracy,” said the Senator.

Note that McCain was one of the authors of the provision allowing Congress to veto the President’s decision to lift sanctions against Moscow.
