President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said that his decree to levy the tax on “social parasites”, caused mass protests in the beginning of this year, will again take effect. Recall that his license was suspended for a year.

According to Lukashenko, speaking about the cancellation of the decree №3 “On social dependency” “can’t be”.
The new version of the decree, according to Lukashenko, quoted by “Interfax”, will be prepared by 1 October. In it the Belarusian leader to make concessions: for example, among the “parasites” will be excluded “families with many children, sick, disabled”, and also people who are unable to work “due to life circumstances.”
In the end, according to the President of Belarus, from 500 thousand to “social parasites” the tax will have to pay 300 thousand. Earlier, Lukashenko estimated the number of “parasites” in a country of 400 thousand, also not explaining where they were taken is a number.
During the previous attempt to levy a tax in February 2017, it is paid only 54 thousand people: the government faced a campaign of civil disobedience and numerous “marches of natureade”. On the background of Lukashenka chose to temporarily leave Russia. In particular, the protests were related to the fact that the “parasites” who use social security, without paying contributions, recorded farmers, writers, workers, migrants, etc. in addition, the country simply did not have the necessary number of jobs. In the end, however, the Belarusian authorities started to repay even received from citizens money.
“Parasite”, according to the decree, recognized the person who paid contributions for less than 183 days a year or not pay them at all. The tax amounts to more than $ 20 (20 Belarusian basic units, each of which is about $ 12).
