Tillerson linked to changes in regime of anti-Russian sanctions to Minsk-2

U.S. Secretary of state Rex Tillerson, commenting on the possibility of changing the sanctions regime against Russia, said that Washington was constantly said that “Minsk agreements must be respected, otherwise nothing can happen with the situation with the sanctions.”

According to him, the US now hope for some progress and will move the situation in Ukraine “towards a genuine ceasefire”. He also described as “simply appalling” level of violence this year in Ukraine.
