Zakharchenko said that to abandon their plans not intend, however, specific timing of capture did not call. “I can tell you’re going to take Kiev. But I don’t change their positions going to take. I date did not call,” he said.

In the same interview, the head of the DND said that it intends to introduce the death penalty as punishment for corruption. Zakharchenko, by his own admission, decided to take a tough stance against corrupt officials, and, “despite of ranks and ranks, to judge and to plant.”

The head of the DNI referred to the experience of Asian countries, where such crimes cut off hands and shot. “I have held consultations with the people consulted. Received understanding,” he said.

Previously Zakharchenko predicted that Ukraine will cease to exist as a state, and also said that the foreign Ministry in the near future can pass on the Dniester. July 18 the head of the DNI announced the creation of the Ukraine — the Federal state, which is “the successor of Ukraine”. He later said that a final decision on the creation of “alternatives to” the Square has not yet been taken, but discussions will continue.
