Avakov called the law on Russian citizenship “hybrid fiction”, “the Kremlin uncle”


Interior Minister of Ukraine Arsen Avakov on Tuesday, August 2, called “hybrid fiction” the Russian law on simplification of obtaining Russian citizenship by Ukrainians born in the Soviet Union.
