Novak published the conditions of accession of Nigeria and Libya to OPEC+

As reported in an interview with the Financial Times, Russia’s energy Minister Alexander Novak, the main condition of joining Nigeria and Libya to the agreement on the reduction of oil production of OPEC countries and non-organization of States (OPEC+) is the stabilization of the domestic production of black gold in these countries.

“Nigeria and Libya should join the responsible oil producers and to contribute to the initiative to stabilize the world oil market, as soon as they reach a sustainable level of production,” he said.
