The priest explained what was in the “red box” Putin Valaam

Press Secretary of the Patriarch, Cyril Alexander Volkov said that was inside the “red box” in the hands “CBP officer” (security service of the President) that during Vladimir Putin’s visit to Valaam drew the attention of many media.

As Volkov wrote in his Facebook, the situation was as follows: “the President arrived by car at the wheel, opened the back door, behind which sat the officer of SBP (quite naturally) and was holding a red box that was the icon. As it turned out that I kept that box in 10 minutes, I can say that it was a heavy icon, it is unlikely that the President would be handy to go with her to the temple.”

While wolves ironically stated that information about the secret companion Putin, who allegedly was holding a red object, distributed primarily “professional edition “Medusa” and “Rain”. This information, as well as information about the alleged Putin donated to the priests of Balaam yacht, wolves called “network trash”.

Commented the press Secretary and the incident allegedly occurred when “Putin forced the Patriarch to remove from his hands”. In fact, argues Volkov, head of the Russian Orthodox Church and Russia only tried to sit on the same place in the car: “…as the owner of the car, the Patriarch took the pen of the President to offer him to sit on the right, but the President of this place, in turn, yielded to the Patriarch and proceeded to the left back spot.”

Earlier, the press Secretary of Putin, Dmitry Peskov, said the President was accompanied by an unidentified woman, and the FSO.
