Peskov said Stoltenberg: in the Ukraine there were no Russian military

Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said that Russia has no troops in Ukraine. He commented on statements by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg about the need to withdraw Russian troops from the territory of a neighboring state.

“Russia had no troops in Ukraine”, – said Peskov.

In the beginning of the month in the Kherson region of Ukraine detained two Russian border guards. The detainees reported that they went astray during a training exercise and accidentally got on the territory of the neighboring country. The SBU opened a criminal case on “violation of its territorial integrity.
