Media: draft law on anti-Russian sanctions are “stuck” in the U.S. House of representatives


According to the CBS adopted earlier by the Senate bill to toughen sanctions against Russia are “stuck” in the House of representatives of the Congress of the United States.

The initiative violated constitutional norms, stated in the House of representatives. The upper chamber has taken into account all requirements and signed the document last week. After which he was again sent to the lower house. But before the House of representatives will vote on the bill, members of Congress need to give consent for sending the initial version of the document back to the Senate to merge it with the changes made last week.
