Moscow homeless man was arrested for a three-fold attack on police on 12 June


Unemployed and living on the street Rasim Iskakov was today arrested Basmanny court of Moscow on charges of attacks on the police at the meetings on 12 June in Moscow.

As reported Thassa, press Secretary of the court Juno Tsarev, Iskakova is accused of three crimes, “under part 1 of article 318 of the criminal code — “violence against a representative of authority”.

Homeless arrested until 27 August 2017.

In this case the court said that he has previously been detained for administrative offences, including for participation in unauthorized rallies.

Note that the name Iskakova was included on the list of detainees in the 12 June in Moscow 825 people.

The court did not specify what specific actions are imputed to a man in the guilt, saying only that one militiaman allegedly affected by his actions, became an employee of Riot. He Iskakov not guilty, but from testimony refused.
