The Kremlin said Poroshenko initiative to change the status of Crimea

Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov commented on reports that the Ukrainian leader Petro Poroshenko instructed the Constitutional Commission to draft amendments on the status of Crimea. The Kremlin is perceived with misunderstanding.
