In the administration of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko disclosed details of the “formula Rules”, according to which the French head of state Emmanuel macron allegedly invited the leaders of “Norman Quartet” (Ukraine, Russia, Germany, France) to agree on practical steps towards the full implementation of the Minsk agreements. This was stated on Tuesday, 27 June, Deputy head of the administration Poroshenko Konstantin Eliseev.
According to him, shortly before the G-20 summit on 7-8 July, the leaders of the “Normandy four” must call and hold a telephone conference with participation of heads of Special monitoring mission of the Organization for security and cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
“It is expected that the conversation the leaders should be practical, thoroughly prepared and aimed at effectively addressing the pressing problems in the field of security in the Donbass,” – said Elisha, summing up the results of the talks Poroshenko and Macron in Paris.
In particular, according to him, the leaders of “Norman Quartet” is invited to discuss how to achieve full compliance with the ceasefire regime in the zone of armed conflict in the Donbass, to provide unhindered access of the OSCE SMM to all uncontrolled authorities of Ukraine in the areas “occupied” in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, to ensure the safety of international observers, the breeding of the parties and the withdrawal of heavy weaponry and the release of prisoners.
“At the same time, he (macron) acknowledged that the need to give new momentum to the channel negotiation process to bring it from a state of stagnation. The President also Makron is determined to reach a particular result”, – concluded Elisha.
