Last week the head of Roskomnadzor Alexander Zharov has threatened to block the Telegram, if the Agency does not will be presented the information for the register of the organizers of disseminating information.

The owner of Telegram Pavel Durov called the threat of blocking “sabotage state interests”, and then Zharov businessman accused of “neutrality against the terrorists who are his messenger.”

Durov, in response to the attacks, called the requirements of Roskomnadzor contrary to the Russian Constitution, and accused Zharova that he does not understand how encrypted communication in 2017.
