The white house explained trump’s words about Obama’s inaction on Russian intervention

Press Secretary of the White house Sean Spicer has answered the question whether the message of the President of the United States Donald trump Twitter with a question about why the Obama administration didn’t stop Russia if they tried to interfere in elections, a departure from the principle of denial of any involvement of Moscow.
