In Russia 22 million people live below the poverty line

The head of audit chamber Tatyana Golikova, the TV channel “Russia-1” announced that in 2017 compared to the previous year by 1.4 million people have reduced the number of Russians who are below the poverty line.

Nevertheless, she said, while the number of poor remains high at 22 million people.

She called it “sensitive index” for which there is no positive change that I would like to see.
