Putin will take part in the docking of parts of the gas pipeline “Turkish stream”

The docking of parts of the gas pipeline “Turkish stream” will be held in Anapa on Friday 23 June in the presence of Russian President Vladimir Putin. This was reported by the press service of the Kremlin.

Russian President Vladimir Putin will watch the docking of parts of the gas pipeline “Turkish stream”, said the press service of the Kremlin.

This happens in Anapa during the working visit of Putin in Krasnodarskiy edge. The report notes that the President will rise on Board of the vessel-pipelayer “Pioneering Spirit”, which will make docking of the shallow and deep parts of the pipeline.

This ship is the world’s largest construction vessel. In the day “Pioneering Spirit” is able to pave up to 5 km deep part of the pipeline. The total length of the “Turkish stream” is 937 km.

Earlier it was reported that this pipeline annually can be pumped 31.5 billion cubic meters of gas to consumers from Turkey and countries in South and South-Eastern Europe.
