Putin told the students how he chose the profession of security officer

June 21 at the meeting with the headmasters of high school graduates in the Kremlin, Vladimir Putin told how he was chosen at school future occupation of the KGB:

I went to chemical school, but then strayed and have decided that I will work in the KGB. And how to get there? Ask: “How to get a job in your organization?” He says: “There are two ways: either to serve in the army, or complete College. Any”. And I stopped doing chemistry, and began to prepare for the entrance exams to law school. And my teachers believed me and began to help. In the end, I did, although the competition in law school was then 40 people in the place.
