In the state Duma introduced a bill to abolish the Christmas holidays


The deputies of the faction of the Communist party led by Gennady Zyuganov has made to the Senate a draft law which proposed to cancel new year holidays.

The document proposes to make the holidays December 31, March 18 (the day of the Crimean referendum) and 7 November (October revolution day).

“On the question of the abolition of the Christmas holidays comes lots of letters. The citizens of Russia in the beginning of the new year remain unpaid and need to return business days in full,” – say the Communists.
