The Prosecutor’s office of Ukraine brought the case of export of coal of Donbass in Russia

The main military Prosecutor’s office started investigation of criminal case on the fact of export of coal mined in the uncontrolled territories of Kiev Donbass.

“Under the leadership of Serhiy Kurchenko (a Ukrainian businessman wanted by Prosecutor’s office) official and other persons of the legal entities on the territory of Luhansk and Donetsk regions are purchasing illegally mined anthracite in the occupied DNR and LC mines,” wrote the press Secretary of the Prosecutor General Larisa Sargan Facebook.

According to her, this coal is exported to Russia where it is sold subsequently to other countries.

Ukrainian prosecutors opened a criminal case under article of the criminal code “financing of terrorism”.
