The dading fined for reading the Constitution on the red square

A court in Moscow fined Ildar Dading 20 thousand rubles, arguing that he violated the rules of conduct of meetings, reading 12 may on the red square with the Constitution.

The reason for the condemnation of the Dading was that he read the Constitution not alone, but surrounded by like-minded people, thus the action was not a single picket, and coordination was required.

In the end, Dading was fined 20 thousand rubles under part 5 of article 20.2 of the administrative code.

Recall that the Dading was the first and only convicted on the article about repeated violation of the rules of holding rallies and meetings. Later the Supreme court declared the sentence illegal due to the fact that at the time of its adoption, not all administrative protocols in force.

Current administrative sentence Dadina became the second after its liberation in the third detention (in one case, he was released without Protocol, in the second, got the penalty in 15 thousand rubles).
