The head of the Moscow regional branch of the party “Yabloko” Sergey Mitrokhin was arrested on Wednesday morning near the building of the state Duma during protests against the renovation, reports “Kommersant”.
The reason for the detention was a violation of the legislation on rallies. According to some, in addition to the policy were detained about ten people. He Mitrokhin said that he spent a single picket, and therefore considers the actions of the police illegal.
