The Ukrainian foreign Ministry has announced readiness to introduce a visa regime with Russia

The Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin said that his Department is ready to introduce a visa regime with Russia. However, he noted that this alleged will not be sufficient.

“I believe that even the introduction of a visa regime in the context of control of who comes from Russia, we know very little. We have to introduce biometric passports, but then more and control those who come,” said Minister in the air of the Ukrainian TV channel “112”.

Klimkin added that are not against the introduction of a visa regime with Russia, but it offers a clear approach and vision for what will happen next.

Note that on the visa regime with Russia in Kiev again started talking in late may of this year. In particular, the Secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov said that the visa regime with Russia, you need to enter as soon as possible.

In turn, the press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov warned that this case will be taken retaliatory measures, which affected the citizens of Ukraine.
