Deprived of the citizenship of Ukraine Deputy has filed a lawsuit against Poroshenko

Ally of ex-Governor of Odesa region, the controversial former Georgian leader Mikheil Saakashvili, Deputy Alexander Borovik said that due to the deprivation of the citizenship of Ukraine filed a lawsuit in the Supreme administrative court in Kiev Square against President Petro Poroshenko.

“Immediately after that the court evacuated from-for messages on mining,” Borovik wrote on his page on the social network Facebook.

According to him, the decree Poroshenko is illegal, unconstitutional, “adopted in excess of authority” and violate the constitutional rights and freedoms of the citizen of Ukraine.

Borovik also noted that the deprivation of Ukrainian citizenship is pursuing an “exclusively politically motivated and selective”.
