Norway called “normal” interception of Russian aircraft “Orion”

Lieutenant Colonel Ivar Moen confirmed Reuters that Russia had indeed sent to intercept Norwegian aircraft P-3C “Orion” fighter MiG-31.

He explained that there is nothing special about the fact that the plane was flying with transponders turned off in the neutral waters of the Barents sea is not, as military aircraft generally and fly.
