Council of Federation: NATO accepted the necessity of dialogue with Russia

First Deputy Chairman of Committee of Federation Council on defense and security Frants Klintsevich commented on the statement by the Deputy Secretary General of NATO, rose Gottemoeller’s readiness to conduct a substantial dialogue with Russia, according to NSN.

The Alliance used to work with Russia on the principle: they said Russia did. And now we have to say “no, it is unprofitable to us, we need to discuss.” Over the past three years, Russia is not bent. And so NATO came to the conclusion that we need with us to stand in the dialogue,” he said.
